Hostmarks theme Text tab not responsive

When I try to create or edit a post the Text tab does not work. It is unresponsive when I click it. I am using the latest version of WordPress and Hostmarks. The problem just started when I upgraded to WordPress 4.5.3. It is unresponsive in all browsers. I have disabled all plug-ins.

When I switch to a different theme, the Text tab works. I have found other threads that say it happened on other themes after the upgrade.
