Unable To Edit Item Quantity In Checkout

When I go to your cart, I’m able to change the quantity without issues – are you still having this issue? If so, can you show me a screencast of the problem you are having and what computer and browser you are seeing the issue on?

You right it is working perfectly if customers tried to purchase in a traditional way.

On my website, there is an extra plugin for designing on the apparel in order to personalise it (with text/logo/picture) after that customer wouldn’t able to change the item quantity in shopping cart.

Can you please guide me on how do I sort out this issue. Thank You !

That’s a neat customization! It looks like it’s not actually an issue but how that plugin is meant to work – you set the quantity while designing the apparel and not while checking out. Either way it’s not a problem with WooCommerce itself.

If you want your customers to be able to change the quantity in the cart, I would suggest you talk to the plugin author and see if they have a way for you to enable that.
