Page title with category title.

Hi all,

Been searching for an answer to this with no avail, so apologies if there is an answer somewhere else.

I′m making a site for a client and using a Child theme for another theme. There will be a couple of pages that will show posts with certain categories and the rest of the pages will be standard pages and I′m using the same template for both. The page titles look fine with the Page names but the categroy ones show CATEGORIES ARCHIVES: “Category Name”. I want to remove the bit that says ¨CATEGORIES ARCHIVES: “”¨ and leave the Category name only.

I have sent the question to the theme′s developers, but I′m curious to see how is this done, I would say it should be with a if else conditional but I′m not good at PHP just yet.
