Redirect keeping query string parameters

Hello!
So to put it simple, I want to make a redirect. I don’t care if it’s .htaccess or a plugin, as long as it works.
I want to redirect a single page like this:
https://www.example.ro/me/JohnK
TO:
https://www.example.ro/me?n=JohnKI’ve tried using redirect plugins, writing htaccess rule, nothing worked for me.
Most probably I’m doing something wrong but I can’t tell what.
Any chance someone could help me? Thank you!
