Multisite problem – no client name

I have a multisite install with your plugin activated. It works for the most part, but when a user schedule’s an appointment, their name does not register or save.
So in the email notifcations, they get called ‘temp’.
I have enabled network user signups and still no luck.
Here is an example email:
