E-Mails show up in WordPress Backend??

  • Hello,

    I just noticed a strange behavior of my blog.
    I found hundrest of postings marked as “pending” and the name of these posts are subjects from my mailaccount and the posts themself are empty?!

    Did I got hacked or did I mess up some settings? Any ideas about that?
    Please let me know if you need further information.

  • Hi smartninja,

    I think some spammer is trying to spam your post. You are not hacked but better use spam protection plugins to control spam and also you can disable comment section from post.
