Plugin not working

    Hi there,
    I would like to try your plugin but am unable to get it to work.
    When I load it via the plugin area through wordpress, the plugin does nothing. It installs, and appears in the comment area but when I click the icon it simply loads a page saying install and nothing else.

    I have contacted your support on your website but no one has responded. I have set up an account and am told to simply insert HTML code into my site and it will work….but where on the site?

    There are no explainer videos or articles showing a step by step guide. Very confusing and not user friendly. Would love to hear of a solution please….
