Slow Down in Loading Speed

I just moved my client’s website from one type of server with GoDaddy to another, and updated both WordPress and Wp commerce to the newest version. It resulted in the page that has a plug in slow down a lot even though there isn’t really a lot of products on it:

I turned the plug-ins off one by one and it seems to be WP Commerce that’s causing the slow down. I only have three other plug-ins installed, one of them is W3 Total Cashe. Do you have any suggestions?
