Pricing $ signs problem after the update

  • Dollar signs $ on my website are all displayed wrongly, disconnected with my digits after update. E.g. $500 is now displayed as $
    500, with the ‘$’ sign and ‘500’ disconnected in different lines. I tried to adjust the size of the spacing as I thought it was not enough spacing problem but it isn’t. No matter how much space I gave, the digit still jump to the next line without connecting with the ‘$’ sign. I want to display as $500 which it was working fine before the update.

    Hey there!

    Issues like this may be caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

    The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to do the following:

    1. Temporarily switch your theme back to the WordPress Twenty Sixteen Theme
    2. Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    3. Test to see if the issue has been resolved.
    4. If that resolves the issue, then slowly re-enable features until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

    If it doesn’t resolve the issues, please let us know so that we can help figure out where the problem is coming from.

    Thank you very much Ines van Essen. We have just updated WooCommerce yesterday and got this problem. Yes we did restore to before our update and it works. But we would like to have the latest update for WooCommerce. We are out of wits, not sure what we can do, try many ways. =(

    We wrap the price symbol with a span element. So I bet that is a issue on your theme.

    You can try fix using this:

    .woocommerce span.woocommerce-Price-currencySymbol {
    display: inline;
}
