loginout

  • I’m new to wordpress so I need some help. I put <?php echo wp_loginout(); ?>
    and <?php echo wp_register(); ?> to my header. I wont this to be translated to another language. Is this possible without adding plugins? If it is I’ll would highly appreciate if someone put all of code and tamplete page if is needed in description. Thanks!

    I installed loco translate plugin, but cant find loginout and register to translate. It offers left sidebar, search and else but no login, even when I try to filter traslations? Any help?
