Hi, the plugin writes to the .htaccess file every time you enable or disable a feature that writest to the .htaccess file.

Can you check to make sure your file permissions are correct. It looks like there is a problem writing to your .htaccess file.

One way of testing this theory is as follow. Rename your .htaccess file via FTP. Then go to your Permalink settings in WordPress and click on save settings. If you have write permissions the .htaccess file will be created for you. If it doesn’t then you know you have a write file permissions issue.

If you have a file permissions issue rename back the .htaccess file via FTP. Ask your host to investigate further the file permission on your site if you don’t know how to check this issue yourself.

    Regards
