Compatibilty with pagebuilder

Hi there,
WP Staging works fine on the default wordpress theme, but it doesn’t seem to load the homepage when I use our paid theme. The shop page loads fine, but not the homepage and other pages. I get Error 502 Bad gateway
Do you know why this might be?
I am using a page builder. When I disable this the page loads
