See a sample WooCommerce category page like this one on my site….I have roughly 63 others. I am inquiring if I can add additional text just after the word ‘Construction’ at left of page that appears just above those thumbnails? If so, I do NOT want to do this using a plugin, but rather via creating ‘Custom Fields’. Is this possible? My current version of WordPress is 4.5.3 and want to be certain WooCommerce isn’t going to prevent me from achieving this. Are there any WC aficionados who can offer insights? Thank you

Edit the category in Products > Categories.

Add a ‘description’ on the edit category screen.

    Save.

    Profit.

This is my conundrum….I have done this with all those pages in that screen but at very bottom of that editor is a “The description is not prominent by default; however, some themes may show it” and wonder why my information is not visible? Seems WordPress does have it’s limitations, correct?
