New Home Page.

    Hello everyone,

    I am settomg the Home Page from the Welcome Page that was up on WordPress. I went to appearances/themes and then choose Front Page Displays and selected Static Page/Front Page and selected the Welcome Page.

    How do I keep the Welcome page content as the new Home Page and change the content on the old Welcome Page. In other words, how do I make the two separate?
    1. Old Welcome Page = New Home Page.
    2. New Welcome Page Content….

    When you set your front page at Settings -> Reader, it doesn’t change the page itself, it merely assigns it to the front page.

    So, if you chose the page titled Welcome as your front page, you can continue to modify it by editing the page titled Welcome.

    You can change the front page setting to any other page at any other time.

    What if I wanted to change make the Welcome Page the new Main Page and change the entire contents of the Old Welcome Page. In other words, make the two separate? Hope I’m clear on this. ??
