Quality pictures issues

Hi,

I’m having an issue with the quality of the picture on my website.
My pics are in 1000×900 (I’ll resize them after being done with all the setting, SEO, etc …).
The Woo Commerce setting are :
Single Product Image : 400×400 (hard crop disable)
I used “Regenerate Thumbnails” plugin to regenerate the pics.
but still have the same issue: When i look up on google for one of my product, click the link, I’ve a foggy pic. If I refresh, the pic is coming back in a good quality.
Tried to clear cache, on Firefox, Chrome, Safari.

Also, when the page is charging, I’ve 2 pictures ( one at the normal position and a second sticky below the first one), and then after 0,5-1 seconde it disappear to show just the first one.

what can be wrong?
