Image not showing on popup

  • Hi,

    I have installed the Free Version of this onto my site and I notice that the product image is not displayed, the area where the image should appear is actoive and can be clicked to reveal the giant image, but the product image is mystriously not there ??

    I am not sure if it is OK to post a URL of the site in question, so if you need it I will happily do so.

    Hi,
    make sure that there is not a css rule that hide the product image. Yes, if possible, a link to the problem may help to find a solution faster.

    The first product I have given a default option so it shows the image, however if you view the second one that does not show an image until,you view an option.
