Upgraded to 2.5.1 – now my links don’t display right

    I wonder if someone can help. I upgraded to WP 2.5.1 today. My blog uses an adaptation of the Red Train theme.

    Following the upgrade, I have found that my links, that were previously categorised, are not displaying right.

    For instance, let’s assume I have category A, with link 1, link 2 and link 3. And category B with link 4, link 5 and link 6.

    On my blog, under subheading category A, I get link 1, link 2, link 3 AND link 4, link 5, link 6. The same six links appear under the subheading for category B.

    As you can see, I have several categories and ALL links for each category are displayed each time, regardless of whether they are relevant to the category.

    Can anyone please help?
