Thanks for this great Plugin!

Unfortunately you stripped away html tags from the mc4wp_form_subscribed input message field in the backend in one of the changes somewhere between end of 2015 and now. I used this to add the PIWIK pixel tracking <img>-line to be able to track a tracking-goal in PIWIK in case of a successful subsription. I know its a bit dirty but it was a super simple solution.

Any chance to bring this back? Or any ideas for a work around?

I suggest using our JavaScript events to track different situations.

Here is an example for Google Analytics, but of course you can replace te GA javascript with your own Piwik code.

On the bottom of the page you will see a list of al the different events you can track this way.

Another option would be to do Backend tracking trough PHP as we have hooks and filters for that too.
