There must be something causing a conflict with the styling/layout of this section.

Try temporarily switching back to the WordPress Twenty Sixteen Theme, or Storefront, and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then slowly re-enable features until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

BY switching back the theme and turning off all my plugins, will that lose all my current settings and information>

No, you should not lose any content. When you re-activate your theme and plugins, the site will be the same as before doing this testing. If you’d like to though, you can create a full site backup before doing this, and/or do the testing on a staging/test site.

I have switched back theme and turned off plugins. It still isn’t working. Any suggestions? Get a little frustrated.

What theme are you switching to? Is it a default WordPress theme?

And do you still see this when a default theme is activated with all other plugins disabled: https://cld.wthms.co/ygOR/5CWOvFDZ ? Perhaps try clearing your browsers cache as well, or logging into a different while things are disabled.
