Length of Email field

Dear dskurth, please tell which email field do you mean? As if you mean the email field of the “General Options” or “Newsletter Manager,” in this case you can lengthen the email filed by pulling the icon below, on the right corner of the email filed. See the screenshot.

There is a “prepared” field called email when you are setting up the form. This prepared field, does not allow a long email address to be entered. I had to put in a standard text field instead, but I would perfer any email format settings to be applied.

You may submit rather long email addresses, the only limitation is the visual limitation in newsletter manager page.
But the emails work, they can send and receive messages

My client has reported that the emails do not come through. After I changed it to a text field format, that problem was resolved.

If I am not mistaken the message go through only email field, the text field format is not understood by plugin, so the messages shouldn’t be sent to that email.
