How to change the featured image position and its size in event detail page

    Hi,

    Would you please guide me how to change the position of featured image and map in event details page. And also i want full featured image instead of thumbnail.
    I want something like this :

    In first row I want featured image(full size) in 50% and Event details in 50%
    In second row Map in 80% and event action in 20%.

    I created the child theme and edited the event-single.twig but don’t know from where section featured image is coming.

    Your guidance would be highly appreciated.
