HTML Code Generator

Hello Everyone,

I’m interested in adding a code generator to a WordPress page, something like this: https://support.pipdig.co/articles/blogger-how-to-add-the-social-media-icons/ Where the user fills out the inputs, clicks submit and generate an HTML code that includes their data.
I’ve looked everywhere for a useful plugin or a tutorial to do it manually, but I can’t seem to find anything that would work for me.

I’m hoping someone here has a clue,
