I can not edit or delete a page

    What you are actually seeing as an attachment page. To delete this page, you would have to delete that attachment. If you do not want to delete the attachment, you can install a plugin such as Yoast SEO and go to Yoast SEO > Advanced > Permalinks and set “Redirect attachment URLs to parent post URL” to “Redirect”.
