Remove Featured Image from pages

The images is included here; https://github.com/woothemes/storefront/blob/master/inc/storefront-template-functions.php#L248

You can either unhook storefront_page_header() and hook in your own function, or you can plug storefront_page_header() itself.

I recommend using our Theme Customisations plugin to make this change.
