site not displaying and can not log on into my admin area

  • Hi All,
    The website I”ve been working on oshawajazzandbluesfestival.com is no longer displaying correctly.
    The site has not been modified in a month and a half when trying to log into my admin area I put in my credintails and the login page just refreshes itself. Any ideas here. This is a major festival coming up soon and I’m a little fustrated.
