IMPORTANT: Since the update of yesterday, problem with login !!

Hi,
We made a fix for a vulnerability in the captcha feature and that has slightly changed the html content of the captcha form.
Therefore I think your issue is that you are probably caching the login page.
First clear all browser caches and cookies and try logging in again.
If that doesn’t fix it please follow my advice here:

Could you please explain what to do because my users cannot log in anymore and it is very disturbing?

Have you upgraded to the latest v4.1.4? Please make sure to upgrade as we released a new version last night which has some captcha changes that should make that feature work better on some sites.

Yes I updated to the last version 4.1.4 cleared all cache, browser cache, varnish cache, even restart my PHP instance of my server and nothing changed.

Please could help as it seems to be very weird, everything worked well before that…

I have no idea what is going on your site. It is likely conflicting with another plugin.

Do you see the exact same issue if you temporary deactivate all plugins except this one then do the test?

I am using Profile Builder as a plugin for user login…

Do you know if there is any issue with that plugin?

As I saw that many users have the same problems, I imagine it is unlikely that many users use plugins that would conflict at the same time with the last update…

Unfortunately, it happened during the 4.1.3 update…

Please could you consider an error from your part as I explored many ways and nothing changed??
