why don't you include a prayer time calculator

Jazakallah khair for your sweet words. May Allah swt increase our love in the Ummah.

The purpose of the plugin is to support places where regular prayer is performed. And all those places follow different standards and Iqamah time is usually to support the local Musallih. Therefore I ask use to upload their own prayer time.

However there is another plugin to display prayer start time based on location, also developed by me. The use case for that plugin is not obviously for Islamic centres but any Islamic site who wants to show prayer start time based on location.

@mmrs151, while checking the two plugins I think the nearest plugin to what I’m looking for is “prayer times anywhere”.

“prayer times anywhere” works well, the widget shows an empty column that can be removed setting colspan to 6 instead of 7 in PrayerTimePrinter.php:57 .

In my case the location and all other calculating parameters must be configurable.

My idea was to enable specific WordPress users with custom WordPress capabilities to configure their calculating parameters and generate monthly time tables.

I also need to add some shortcode for that plugins as some other brothers wanted it.

As for the location settings, did you check the settings page?

In the “prayer Anywhere” settings page there are two sections: “Prayer calculation method” and “Change language”.
In the “prayer Anywhere” widget configuration the only thing I can set is the text before the date.

So I don’t see a location setting.
Is there some other configuration page?

Aha! the plugin should pick your location automatically.
