After I install and activate this plugin, I needed to remove one of the users. When I try to do it, I got WordPress Database Error message:

WordPress database error: [Table ‘q334926.wp_signups’ doesn’t exist]
    SHOW FULL COLUMNS FROM wp_signups

The user has been deleted, but this error interrupts the deletion process and makes it difficult to return to the admin panel.

Also, I checked this bug on latest and absolutely clear WordPress with default themes, without any plugins, and error still exists. But, if I try to deactivate Profile Builder plugin, error disappears. Seems like that plugin don’t created table in database.

I use free version, Profile Builder 2.4.3 on WordPress 4.5.3.

  • Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Did you set Email Confirmation to YES, register the user and then tried to delete the user?

Your database user has all the privileges, including CREATE?

    Hi again,

Yes, I testing under root with all possible permissions.

But I didn’t set Email Confirmation option before. Table was created when I change this option to YES, now all works perfect. It’s not very obvious trick ??

Thank you for fast feedback and for this plugin too!

I’m experiencing the exact same problem (except that I’m using a custom prefix other than “wp_”). Have just updated the Profile Builder plugin and the error persists.

I’ve tried checking the Email Confirmation to YES as Raymond suggested, but it didn’t change anything.

That is also an error I was experiencing on the stage version of the website, at some point: I didn’t fix it – or don’t remember fixing it, but that’s very unlikely – and for some reason I don’t get the error on the stage version anymore, only on the live version, which I have just deployed. A curious thing is that the ‘signups’ table doesn’t exist, neither on the live database nor on the stage one, but the error only happens on the live website.

Any help will be much appreciated,
    Cheers
