500 Error when accessing any section in admin.

Hello,

All I’m having an issue, for some reason when in the backend of my WordPress site and I goto any section, post, pages, plugins, users anything Im greeted with a 500 error.

I tried to disable some plugins but cant even get to that point because I get the 500 error.
tried increasing memory,
tried updating to the latest version,
It was fine a few weeks ago, no plugins have been updated until today :/
Done a database repair and optimize that came back fine.

So Im a little confused why its happening.
