    I’m using WooCommerce 2.2.10

    Any particular reason? That’s pretty old! Try updating to the latest version – I can verify that pagination works with pretty permalinks in 2.6 ??

    I don’t want to update, since they always change elements, things looking different.

    Also – things tend to get fixed and work better. Your choice, though staying on the outdated software should not be a long term solution. You are running a version that hasn’t had any security patches in a long time.
