Subsctiption box at top on mobile view

Hi!
Normally the email subscription widget appears on the side in my Expound theme. However for the mobile view and narrow screens the user has to scroll down to the bottom. How can I display the email subscription box at the top of the page (but not the entire sidebar). Is there some code I could post in the CSS editor? I’m new to www.ads-software.com but have basic css understanding.
