    Hello.
    I’ve not gone pro due to the following;

    Gallery Sort Order.
    The plugin is not showing the gallery photos by the correct file name order. They loading different every time I make a gallery. Some galleries load in ascending order and some don’t. It’s infuriating.
    I’ve tried the drag/drop method, selecting the files and ftp. Each time the gallery order is different.

    File Name.
    I need to see the file name in the gallery. Currently it reads the Title meta tag which is my clients event. A work around is to run a Bridge script to insert the file name into the meta tag but I don’t want to this to thousands of photos every week.

    Order emails.
    I’m receiving paypal emails when customers check out but nothing generated by Sunshine? When I test it myself using my personal email I get a receipt and an order email. Either something is amiss or customers aren’t checking out correctly.

    Please can you reply or email me directly. If I need a pro license I’ll buy one but if we cant resolve the above I’ll need for a refund.

    Thank you.

  • Gallery Sort Order
    Go to Sunshine > Settings > Galleries > Display Options. There you can determine the order of the Galleries and the images within galleries.

    File Name
    Sunshine by default grabs the EXIF data with this function: https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Function_Reference/wp_read_image_metadata#Return_Values
    If a a “title” value is found, that is what Sunshine uses. When you bulk export your images from Bridge don’t include the meta data. Or use the custom code from here: https://gist.github.com/sunshinephotocart/8b036153bf0c1896d76c

    Order emails
    Sunshine does send an email to the site admin when there is a new order. Go to Sunshine > Settings > Emails and there is an option for Order Notification. If nothing is entered there, it goes to the admin email in the general WordPress settings.

    Feel free to purchase Pro which gives you access to 1-on-1 email support and I will resolve all any issues personally. There is a 30 day money back guarantee.
