First Login Fails with Correct Credentials

Has anyone experienced this? Basically the first time I try to log in, it says login failed (as if I put the wrong password) but the second time it will always work. I’ve ruled out fat-fingering the password by typing the password in notepad and then copy pasting it to the password field. Still happens, first attempt fails, second attempt with exact same credentials works.
I suppose I don’t care, I can still get in and it doesn’t waste much time, but it makes me concerned that someday I simply won’t be able to get in…
