Sometimes the captcha on private wp-login.php renamed page display or not

    Hello,

    Sometimes, on the private wp-login.php url that has been renamed XXX, the captcha is displayed, and sometimes for unknown reasons, the captcha is not displayed! !!!

    DO you have any idea?

    Is there a problem with that Captcha??? As there are many support thread regarding captcha??

    I still have the problem with 4.1.3 and 4.1.4 update for the : ERROR: The answer to the question is incorrect, try again

    I think one useful test would be to send someone the login page link who has never logged into your site before.
    Then ask them to do a couple of simple tests:
    1) check if the captcha is there
    2) log in

    (make sure to create a new account for them which they can use for the test and you can delete after)
    If the above works then we can narrow it down to browser caching for the regular users maybe??
