Reset pass custom email dont work.

Dear Sirs:

I have the following problem:

When a user changes their password from the user panel does not receive a custom message for cases of change password, instead receives the default wordpress message.

Other messages I have configured work well (New user, Lost password and User activation)

Is it an error plugin?
