Is it possible to run certain URL's under HTTPS and others under HTTP?

I’m wondering if it’s possible to run certain URL’s under HTTPS and others under HTTP, in a single WordPress installation.

I’d like to do this because I’m looking into running a store, using something like WooCommerce. Ideally, I’d have a store under a URL like this:

https://mydomain.com/store

My blog is under https://mydomain.com, and I wish to *not* run over HTTPS. The reason for this is we run a rather specific ad network, which does not provide all of their ad content over HTTPS. I don’t want users getting a giant red “X” in the URL bar when they visit the blog due to the mixed content.

I’m trying to do this without having to maintain multiple installations of WordPress.
