A simple search plugin to replace Woocommerce search?

I need a basic search plugin for my ecommerce website. Right now I am using Relevanssi, but the search results pages do not list the prices of my items.

I need something that will yield results with a product title, description, image, and price in either a list or gird format.

The default WooCommerce search is a little crappy because it will search for the string of characters within words and fetch results. So if you’re looking for a “silver ring” an item will show up in the search results page with descriptions that have words containing the string of characters “ring”.

So you could have a shoe product that has the word “considering” in the description, and it will show up in the “sterling ring” results page because the word “ring” is within the word “considering.” It makes the search very hard to use.
