The issue is resolved now? At least when I click on the URL it does return data?

If it still doesn’t work for you, then make sure there are no security plugins blocking access to the admin-ajax.php, no code exists in htaccess file that could block, and as a last resort ask your host if they are actively blocking it. Also try to disable all other plugins to make sure there is no conflict.
