Cannot see categories in single post/page Media pop up

    Hello @emerald_2010,

    Please make sure that you turned on “Filter for Grid View / Media Popup” for a particular taxonomy at Settings > Media > Media Taxonomies (tab). Also, please make sure that you do not use other media library plugin. You can deactivate them one by one to find the one causing the issue (please let me know its name in this case).
