Blogspot to WordPress 2.5.1

    I appear to be in the same boat as many blogspot users who cannot get the import tool provided with wordpress to work. Rather than rehash those problems, are there any other ways to get the data (short of copy-and-paste) from a blogspot blog into wordpress?

    I saw an RSS importer, but I don’t have a copy of my RSS in a local file, and I’m not terribly sure how I’d go about getting one.

    After a bit of searching, I installed WP-o-Matic and by tweaking the settings a bit, was able to get the blog imported and working.
