s2 Member's PayPal Sign Up Confirmation Email

All of a sudden, new members aren’t receiving the PayPal Signup Confirmation Email which contains a link to complete their registration. Bluehost tells me it may be treated as SPAM because of the shortened URL link. Is there a way for me to provide a full URL and not this shortcode or URL shortened link?
