sever high load when press publish

    i have a big problem with server high load when i press publish or update in post editing page
    here is my info.
    my hosting :shared hosting
    active plugins:
    Advanced Excerpt
    bbPress
    Content Hider
    Disable Users
    External Links
    Search Meter
    Theme My Login
    WP Feature Disable
    Yoast SEO

    notes:
    1-i try with two Different hosting server and the same problem
    2-all plugin are with last update and i try to deactivate all plugins and the same problem without plugins.
    3-about the themes i try with many other themes and with the default themes and the same problem.
