User can't update their profile

Hi there,
I’m having this issue for some time and it’s making me crazy, on the profile page user can’t use the “update profile button” not even admins, it shows a “hand like a like” but not a real link to anywhere and once you push nothing happens, not even a refesh.

I have done a conflict test and stays the same
I have duplicared the Profile form and stays the same
The preview on the form creator also shows the “useless” button the same way, not working.

Is problably something I’m doing wrong but I’m lost and I have no idea what else to do anymore.
