WordPress CSS Editor… previews?

  • Where is this WordPress CSS Editor with previews I’ve been reading about?

    I am using 2.5 and the only button I see under the CSS editing area is “Update File”
    It would be nice to have a preview function there.

    I read that there is an upgrade available, but I don’t know if that’s current or where to find it.

    Or…. Is there another 3rd party solution?
