    What is the shortcode you are using?

    this:

    [gallery type='500px' view='photos' feature='user' user_id='sandriamos' username='sandriamos' sort='created_at' rpp='20' layout='square' thumb_size='1' main_size='3' columns='2' ]

    is correct no?

    You have used both, user_id and username, and the user_id seems incorrect. Use just the username:

    [gallery type='500px' view='photos' feature='user' username='sandriamos' sort='created_at' rpp='20' layout='square' thumb_size='1' main_size='3' columns='2' ]
