• Hello,
After having WooCommerce on my website for some time now(everything worked as intended), I can no longer access WooCommerce Product page. I can still add categories, tags, etc. but I get error 500 ( “The big-flowers.com page isn’t working, big-flowers.com is currently unable to handle this request. 500”) I’ve tried uninstalling all the recently installed plugins, but nothing seems to work. While I can’t access the Product page on my end( from Bulgaria), my employer can access the page and edit the products(from NYC). Is it possible that the issue has something to do with my location? Or the hosting provider in the US?
I forgot to link the site( https://big-flowers.com/ ).
    Thanks in advance!

I’m able to view the site and products (from the US as well).

I suppose that is possible. You may want to contact the web hosts and ask why the 500 error. “HTTP Error 500 Internal server error” is a pretty generic one, but you should be able to find more info in the server’s PHP error.

Just to rule out all third party conflict possibilities, try temporarily switching back to the WordPress Twenty Sixteen Theme, or Storefront, and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then slowly re-enable features until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

I was not clear enough it seems. Sorry about that. I can’t access the WooCommerce Product page from the dashboard(wp-admin). I can see the rest of the Product properties(categories, tags, etc.) But when I click on the Product–>Product from the Dashboard, I get the error. Everything else is working as intended, I can even add new products, but can’t see them. Tried turning off all plugins, switching themes already, doesn’t seem to do anything.

but you should be able to find more info in the server’s PHP error.

Can you explain what do you mean by this, please ?
    Thanks for the fast reply.

Try clearing your browsers cache/cookies. Or attempt to use a different browser and see if that changes anything.

For the PHP error logs, you’ll need to get in contact with your web host. They should be able to help you out there.
