posts from wordpress to joomla

I have a wordpress site and some of the posts have to be posted on another site (joomla). And i need a way to do this automatically.

(something like communcation between wordpress posts and joomla posts)

This is what I mean by exporting, you need to export from WordPress and implement a way to pull in the exported resource to Joomla.

This is a Joomla question.

For example, WordPress sites already have RSS feeds that export the posts. You could work with the Joomla community to figure out how to implement RSS feeds.
