Gallery images not opening correct size – desktop only

  • Following the most recent upgrade we’ve noticed all of our product gallery images are not opening properly in desktop browser windows (seems to be fine in mobile applications).

    I’ve tried resetting parameters and enabling / disabling lightbox but nothing seems to change.

    I’ve also regenerated thumbnails but this hasn’t helped either.

    I’m guessing there’s an incompatibility issue with my site theme but can’t work out how to fix this via Woo and it does seem that it was the Woo update that’s caused the issue.

    Let’s figure out what is conflicting with WooCommerce.

    Try temporarily switching back to the WordPress Twenty Sixteen Theme, or Storefront, and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then slowly re-enable features until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
