I really do not know what version I have because my website only displays this message, “There was an error retrieving your site settings. Make sure your Jetpack is up to date”. I cannot even edit the theme anymore without that message popping up or edit any of the code.

The website on WordPress is containertrades.com.

My only option I have is “disconnect” jetpack in the settings.

    What should I do?

    Hi,

Could you give more details about your issue? Are you trying to connect your site to your WordPress.com account, and getting an error when doing so? If so, do you get anything besides the “Make sure your Jetpack is up to date” message?

Could you also post your site URL here, so I can have a look?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

The account was working fine with Website already connected to WordPress. I was editing the css style sheets and function.php categories and when my screen froze I was no longer able to log on as an admin. I have been using a master account to log in since and that message pops up when trying to access plugins.

    Here is the url: https://www.containertrades.com/

    Thanks for your help

Your Jetpack connection is good at the moment, and you appear to be using the latest version of Jetpack and WordPress.

I can see two accounts from your site have connected to WordPress.com. Which account are you logged into when you are seeing this message? Am I correct in understanding you’re seeing this message when you are using the WordPress.com interface?
