Can't add images to pop up

    I currently have WordPress Popup Popover Makek Version 4.8.0.0 and don’t seem to be able to add an image to the popup. I can edit the text appearing, but can’t add an image nor use the Preview Popup function. Any idea why?

    *Also I am not sure what version I have or where to find it, so I just chose a random number..

    Hey there mjung89,

    How are you doing today?

    Can you please add more information on what specifically happens when you try to add image to the popup? Is “add media” button not working or image is not being displayed in preview or on the page in the actual popup?

    Please let me know ??

    I simply click on the ‘add media’ , ‘add image’ or ‘preview popup’ button and they are completely unresponsive.

    Hello mjung89,

    This could be conflict. Please run quick plugin/theme conflict to exclude that something is interfering with work of the Popup buttons.

    Hello mjung89, I trust you are doing well today!

    The steps to check for a conflict are:

    – Switch to a default WordPress theme (Twenty Sixteen for example)
    – Deactivate all other plugins, all except WP PopUp and try to add image again.
    – If everything is well, activate one plugin at a time to find the one that causes this.
